Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress by applying evidence-based practices, conducting comprehensive assessments, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Duties Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers, family members, and staff on behavioral techniques and intervention strategies Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records, documentation, and patient files Perform intake assessments to determine eligibility for services and establish personalized care plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients with disabilities Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder Strong skills in data collection, medical documentation, and patient assessment procedures Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance standards, and medical records management Excellent communication skills for conducting patient care discussions, training sessions, and team collaborations Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations within a clinical setting while adhering to ethical guidelines Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on improving quality of life through evidence-based interventions
Pay:
$65.00 - $82.00 per hour
