The Behavior Doc The Behavior Doc is a behavior analyst owned and managed agency with doctorate level analysts on staff. We are provider-focused, believing that well-trained and supported providers are critical to establishing effective treatment and quality outcomes for our clients. We strive for transparency in our mission and are committed to professional development and growth of our staff at all levels. Position Overview BCBA clinical supervisors will provide intensive, data-driven treatment to clients with autism and developmental disabilities within the clinic and home settings. Analysts will be responsible for providing on-going training and feedback to our BCaBA and RBT level staff, as well as caregivers. They will manage a small caseload of 5-8 clients, allowing for adequate in-home support on a weekly basis. Employees in this role are responsible for conducting adaptive behavior assessments, functional assessments as well as skill assessments to be included in our client's individual treatment plans with guidance from our skilled doctorate-level staff. Additional requirements are to routinely evaluate program effectiveness, make modifications as needed, as well as establish positive relationships with our providers, caregivers, and outside stakeholders. Our clinical supervisors must be detailed oriented, and strong in the areas of data analysis, leadership, and communication. How are we different? No evenings or weekends 4-day in-clinic work week Only full-time RBTs on staff 10-20% supervision for RBTs Block scheduling to maximize utilization 3 BCBA-Ds providing BCBA supervision and support No private equity backing
Job Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in field of course instruction
Experience:
1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Contract Requirements :
110-120 billables per month
Hours of Operation:
Monday•Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm;
Friday:
8:30am•2:00pm
Pay:
$85,000.00•$125,000.00 per year
