Whether you're ready for a change or considering a move to beautiful Coachella Valley, California, we'd love to connect with you! Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting FBAs, developing individualized treatment plans, Supervising mid-tier Case Managers and Behavior Technicians.

Oversee Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians in-home and at the center Conduct FBAs Report writing Design intervention/treatment plans Provide Parent Training Provide field training to Behavior Interventionists Participate in team meetings Participate in Quality Assurance
QUALIFICATIONS
Passionate about working with children and families Bilingual in Spanish Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in Psychology or in related fields. Ability to pass a background clearance TB clearance Excellent knowledge in report writing Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance. Excellent written and spoken communication skills Minimum of 1 years of experience of Clinical Supervision (in-home setting)
