Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate clinical documentation and data collection Participate in ongoing training, CEU activities, and professional development Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience working with children with autism preferred Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Leadership & Growth Opportunities Are you looking to grow into leadership opportunities?
