What You'll Do:

Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills Accurately track data and progress in real-time Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule & Compensation $18-23/hour depending on qualifications and market You're a
