Time for a change! Constellation Kids ABA Center in Lynn is seeking a full-time BCBA Supervisor with a work schedule of Monday-Friday daytime. This role is on-site with no travel and a small caseload managing 6-8 clients, ages 2-5. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians and RBTs to provide high-quality direct ABA services to children and families. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families. Provide supervision of direct clinical services to clients and maintain minimum billable requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and insurance payors. Schedule rotation for BCBAs within Monday-Friday 8:15am-4:45pm Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K with employer match up to 4% 6 weeks combined PTO, holiday, and sick time Collaborative team of BCBAs working alongside you, come to on site to meet us! Annual continuing education reimbursement Position Qualifications Must hold a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification and MA LABA. Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required. Preferred minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, with some experience in a clinic setting. Able to be in-person at the center during normal hours of operation. Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
