[Insert salary range] Sign-On Bonus Available Join a Clinician-Led, Multidisciplinary Team Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing Northern Virginia team. This is a hybrid position that combines remote clinical and administrative responsibilities with approximately 25% in-person travel. In-person responsibilities may include clinic visits, client observations, caregiver training, staff supervision, assessments, and team collaboration. Our organization provides ABA, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services. BCBAs have opportunities to collaborate with professionals across disciplines while receiving operational support that allows them to remain focused on high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Analyze clinical data and make timely program modifications Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs, BTs, BCaBAs, and trainees Conduct caregiver training and promote the generalization of skills across environments Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required deadlines Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other treating professionals when appropriate Monitor treatment integrity, client progress, staff performance, and clinical quality Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical-development activities Maintain compliance with BACB standards, Virginia licensing requirements, payer requirements, and company policies Travel to assigned clinics, client locations, or community settings for approximately 25% of the role
Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst credential or eligibility to obtain licensure Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior-analytic treatment plans Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience supervising RBTs, BCaBAs, or trainees preferred Ability to work independently while remaining responsive and collaborative Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned Northern Virginia service area Ability to meet documentation, supervision, and clinical-quality expectations consistently
