Job Description
Opal Springs Behavioral Health is expanding its services to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and supervision for ABA services. This is a flexible contract opportunity for a BCBA interested in helping establish and grow a high-quality ABA program while maintaining a manageable caseload. Responsibilities Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians Review treatment progress and make data-driven recommendations Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ABA best practices and payer requirements Assist with program growth and clinical quality initiatives as needed Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities Strong assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ohio experience preferred Position Details Independent Contractor (1099) Flexible schedule Hybrid/Remote opportunities available Initial hours based on referrals, with opportunity for growth Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Why Join Opal Springs Behavioral Health?
