Salary:

As a BCBA with CSH, you'll work closely with families, supervise team members, and guide clinical care across your cases. As a BCBA you will also work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and/or the Senior Clinical Supervisor. BCBAs are also responsible for developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, supporting the implementation of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy programs across the home, center and/or community settings, and is responsible for supervising the Behavior Technicians (BT's) as well as providing consistent parent/caregiver training and case oversight.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing clinical oversight across assigned cases. Oversee, supervise, train, and mentor, our amazing case managers and behavior therapists. Ensuring programs are being implemented and run correctly and consistently. Ensuring progress is being made across programs and families are satisfied with progress. Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior strategies to teach replacement behaviors, reduce maladaptive behaviors, and develop treatment goals to address each concern, domain, and skill deficit. Assisting in the development of and facilitating training in Applied Behavior Analysis using numerous models of training. Completing mandatory clinical session notes on time Maintaining HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) confidentiality. Attending monthly management meetings to keep up on industry trends and training. Ensuring the electronic data collections system (Catalyst- now known as Ensora) is updated to correspond with the most recent progress report. Remaining proficient with policies and procedures. Representing the company professionally in all client and colleague interactions.
Essential Job Requirements:
A Master's degree in psychology, ABA, or a related field Active BCBA Certification Completion of the 8-hour supervision course (per BACB requirements) CPR/BLS certified (or willing to complete upon hire. Comfortable using technology (email, electronic data systems, etc.) Great written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the field Completion of CAQH insurance credentialing TB test and background check (Live Scan fingerprinting) This role involves working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Live Scan background check. Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an outside and office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including the use of electronic devices; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Visual acuity is necessary for reading and interpreting data, observing client behavior, and ensuring a safe environment. The role requires continuous verbal interaction and auditory communication with clients, which is essential for delivering the therapy effectively. Safety awareness and adherence to established protocols are critical to maintain a secure and hazard-free workspace. Creative Solution for Hope participates in E-Verify.
