This hybrid-remote position allows you to split your week between providing quality care from the comfort of your own home and our ABA Centers, when you aren't making required visits to provide our clients needed services in-home. Requirements:

Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. Current BCBA Certification or MA LABA license preferred, but will consider those working toward completion. Strong background in behavioral principles and person-centered care We Provide supervision hours for candidates who have completed or are working towards the completion of BCBA.

Job Duties:

If you're already a BCBA, you know the rhythm: conducting assessments, developing and monitoring behavior plans, supporting RBTs, and communicating with families. If you're new to the field , we'll help you grow into every part of the role with mentorship and training tailored to your experience. Recognize Your Value
