Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-person, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a balanced work environment. As a BCBA, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring positive outcomes for clients and their families. Your expertise will help foster growth, independence, and improved quality of life for those we serve. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA therapy programs for children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide training and ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support client goals. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards. Lead intake sessions to evaluate new clients' needs and facilitate smooth onboarding processes. Qualifications Valid BCBA certification with current licensure or certification as required by state or local regulations. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education principles. Excellent skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation practices. Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines, medical terminology, and maintaining confidential medical records. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid setting. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on positive behavioral health outcomes. Up to $150,000.00 per year
