Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child. Your Role As a BCBA at Illuminate, you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.
