g., FBAs) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans that meet insurance requirements for therapy authorization. Develop socially significant goals for 1:1 therapy, school readiness, group, and community-based interventions Provide clinical supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Conduct initial and renewal RBT competency assessments Provide ongoing staff training using the Behavioral Skills Training (BST) model Lead parent training sessions (weekly or biweekly) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including SLPs, OTs, and teachers Monitor client progress, review data, and adjust programming as needed Submit documentation, treatment plans, and session notes in a timely manner Participate in team meetings and maintain open communication with Clinical Director and leadership Qualifications Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Texas Credentialed with major health insurance plans (e.g., Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, etc.) is a plus Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental delays Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive leadership Opportunities for continuing education and growth A warm, mission-driven work environment Work Schedule Full-time, in-person, hybrid Monday to Friday To Apply If you're passionate about improving the lives of children with autism and want to be part of a caring, dedicated team, we'd love to hear from you!
