Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by applying evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Design, implement, and supervise behavioral therapy programs tailored to each patient's unique needs, focusing on skill development and reducing challenging behaviors. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform necessary adjustments. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and maximize treatment effectiveness. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and behavioral records, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure adherence to ABA principles and best practices. Participate in ongoing professional development activities related to behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology. Qualifications Valid MN state licensure as an LBA and BCBA with current certification. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Ability to perform patient assessments, interpret medical records, and understand medical terminology relevant to behavioral health. Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients' families, team members, and external providers. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and medical documentation protocols. Demonstrated commitment to patient care, ethical practice, and continuous learning within the field of behavioral health. Pay:
$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
