Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA/BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid role that blends in-person clinical excellence with flexible remote work. Growth Opportunities:

Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians in accordance with state and BACB guidelines Deliver caregiver training and support to ensure generalization of skills Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (SLPs, OTs, educators, etc.) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical culture

Hybrid Work Breakdown In-Person:

This position requires 3 on-site visits per month. Client sessions, assessments, and direct supervision

Remote:
