Job Description

Lilypad Therapy Central Coast, CA Part-Time / Full-Time | Flexible Schedule About Us Lilypad Therapy is a growing ABA company focused on providing compassionate, individualized services to children and families across Southern California and the Central Coast. We value collaboration, clinical quality, and creating a supportive environment for both our clients and team members. We are currently seeking a motivated Mid-Level Supervisor to support case supervision, staff training, and quality assurance under the direction of a BCBA. Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and support to BTs/RBTs in home, school, and community settings Assist with implementation of behavior intervention plans Conduct caregiver guidance and model strategies when appropriate Support data collection, session documentation, and treatment fidelity Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding client progress and concerns Participate in staff trainings and team meetings Assist with onboarding and ongoing support of behavior technicians Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, ABA, Education, or related field preferred Currently enrolled in a Master's program in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities Experience in ABA preferred Completion of 40-hour RBT training preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally CPR certification preferred What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for growth within the company Competitive compensation based on experience Preferred Traits We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and professional Compassionate and patient Organized and proactive Comfortable mentoring and supporting staff Interested in growing with a developing company To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction outlining your experience in ABA and availability.
