The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals, particularly children, who have behavioral health challenges, including autism spectrum disorders and supervise Behavior Technicians. This role involves implementing treatment plans, providing direct client care, and ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards. The Mid-Tier Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of our clients, provide direct training and support to Behavior Technicians in the field and complete reports as necessary. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and assessment results. Supervise behavior technicians, provide clinical oversight, and ensure treatment integrity and fidelity. Monitor client progress, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to interventions and goals. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures. Any other duties assigned by BCBAs's or management. Maintain compliance with all relevant ethical guidelines. QualificationsMUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
Masters Degree, or currently enrolled in an applicable Masters Program Bachelors Degree + 1 year of Exp in the field Bilingual (Spanish)- requiredMandatory :
Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral health issues or autism spectrum disorders. Knowledge of ABA terminology and experience in medical documentation is preferred. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes is a plus. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Compassionate approach towards client care, demonstrating empathy and patience in all interactions. Ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds while providing high-quality support.
