Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified QBS Trainer - BCBA to join our team, committed to delivering exceptional behavioral services and training within a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis, behavioral therapy, and working with children and individuals with disabilities. This role offers an opportunity to lead training initiatives, support clinical teams, and enhance service delivery for clients with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders. The QBS Trainer - BCBA will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to best practices, medical documentation standards, and client-centered care. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff on applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior intervention plans, and data collection methodologies. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and team members, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to inform individualized treatment plans. Lead intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments for new clients, including autism spectrum disorder support and neurodevelopmental disorder evaluations. Oversee data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective behavior intervention strategies tailored to each client's needs. Maintain detailed medical records, progress notes, and documentation of client assessments in accordance with medical terminology standards. Support home-based behavioral interventions and school-based programs to promote consistency across environments. Skills Extensive experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders. Must be a certified QBS Safety-Care Trainer. Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment, and behavioral health principles. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and HIPAA compliance requirements. Skilled in conducting behavioral health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and functional behavior assessments (FBA). Excellent client communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and progress updates to families and caregivers. Proven ability to provide clinical supervision while fostering professional development among team members. Experience working with children in various settings such as schools, clinics, or home environments is highly desirable.
