Fun Play ABA Therapy Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are committed to delivering ethical, assent-based care that respects each child's autonomy while helping them build meaningful life skills. As a QBA, you'll conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, analyze client progress, collaborate with families, and provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians in accordance with QABA standards and applicable state regulations. Our collaborative culture allows clinicians to focus on quality care while receiving strong administrative and clinical support. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral and skills assessments. Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians. Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress. Provide caregiver training and parent education. Complete assessments, reports, and documentation accurately and on time. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals. Ensure ethical, evidence-based, and assent-based service delivery. Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Current Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and leadership skills.
