Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) - Clinic-Based | Roswell, GAPOSITION SUMMARY Summit Autism Center , a small, privately owned clinic proudly serving the Roswell, GA community for over 21 years, is seeking a dedicated Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our team. The QBA will carry a clinical caseload and work collaboratively with our treatment team to design, oversee, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children receiving center-based services. This role also includes supervision, mentorship, and training of RBTs and behavior technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care. We are seeking candidates interested in full-time and/or part-time clinic-based hours , with both salary and hourly compensation options available .

Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans for clients in the clinic setting Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional behavior assessments, and other clinical evaluations) and complete treatment/reassessment reports in compliance with payer and Medicaid requirements Oversee implementation of ABA programming and behavior intervention plans; modify treatment goals based on client progress and clinical data Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians Conduct supervision hours in alignment with certification and regulatory standards Review clinical session notes and treatment data to ensure accuracy and quality of care Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization across settings Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and school teams Assist with onboarding, training, and competency development for new clinical staff Support implementation of crisis management and de-escalation procedures when clinically appropriate Deliver care with compassion, professionalism, and family-centered collaboration Participate in clinic operations, organization of treatment materials, and daily center support Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, certification standards, and funding source requirementsQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Active QBA certification in good standing Licensed or license-eligible to practice in Georgia , if applicable Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience supervising behavior technicians or direct-care clinical staff preferred Strong clinical knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions Passion for working with children with autism and supporting their families Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centered clinical environmentBENEFITS
