What You'll Do:
As an RBT, you'll work directly with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions in homes, schools, and community settings. Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll help kids develop essential life skills, improve behaviors, and thrive in their environments. Work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans. Collect and analyze data on client progress. Support families by guiding them through strategies to help their child succeed. Be part of a dynamic, supportive, and passionate team!Working locations:

High School Diploma required. Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a Nevada RBT License. Passion for working with clients of all ages and abilities while making a meaningful difference in their lives. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the Las Vegas area. Ability to be active—this job involves standing, kneeling, and sometimes lifting children who need assistance. Bonus Points ifYou Have:
