About Us NOA Developmental services is a values-driven multi-disciplinary clinic serving children and families in the Katy, TX area. We provide ABA therapy, Speech & Language, OT and PT services at our clinic. Our approach is assent-based, play-based, trauma-informed, and centered on natural environment teaching (NET) and child-led engagement. We provide high-quality, individualized services both in-home and in-clinic, focusing on meaningful skill development and compassionate care. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental differences, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA Utilize play-based, assent-based, and naturalistic teaching strategies Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with RBT guidelines Qualifications Current RBT certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable transportation for in-home sessions Ability to pass a background check Current CPR certification What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and certification) Supportive clinical leadership and team culture Opportunities for growth and advancement Flexible scheduling (if applicable) How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with your resume.
