Category Schools - BCBA - Tele Job Type Contract A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year, providing leave coverage for a staff BCBA in West Chester, PA, with consideration for candidates in surrounding areas. This contract position offers up to 30 hours per week supporting a specialized educational program serving approximately 67 students across 15 classrooms, all diagnosed with Level III Autism. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing classroom data, collaborating closely with the crisis response team, and observing and coaching students within the program. The role involves working alongside a team of three other BCBAs and clinical coordinators to support students who have Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) already in place.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Experience working with students diagnosed with Level III Autism Ability to conduct thorough classroom observations and behavioral coaching Proficiency in data collection and analysis related to student behavior Effective communication skills for collaboration with crisis response teams and clinical staff
