POSITION
Primary Duties:
Conduct and summarize functional assessments of challenging behaviors. Design, implement, and evaluate behavior support plans and master treatment plans. Develop and implement data collection systems for both acquisition and deceleration target behaviors. Conduct direct sessions with all clients on your caseload to evaluate all behavior change procedures. Train all caregivers to ensure consistency and effectiveness in behavior-analytic interventions. Requirements:
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB. Must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing with the Kentucky licensure board. A history of working with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families is essential. Specific training/experience in developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders is preferred. Experience supervising the work of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic interventions is preferred. Must meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting clients, packages, or equipment, and accessing the premises. Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client treatment plans. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to maintain records, prepare reports, and reliably develop timely correspondence related to work. Why Join Us?
