Category Schools•BCBA•Tele Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducting teletherapy services within a school setting. This role involves remote support for students, working closely with educators and staff to implement effective behavior intervention plans.

Week:
32.5 Responsibilities include: Supervising a caseload overseeing three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across the district Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs Collaborating with teachers and school personnel to integrate therapeutic goals into classroom activities Conducting meetings with educators and stakeholders to ensure alignment of behavioral objectives and progress monitoring Providing ongoing teletherapy sessions and support Desired qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience delivering teletherapy services in educational environments Proven ability to supervise and support RBTs effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of school-based behavioral interventions and data-driven decision making Benefits include a structured schedule centered on the academic year and the opportunity to impact student progress through telehealth.
