Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a difference as a virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by providing expert supervision services to a dedicated school community. We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate professional who is licensed as an LBA in Rhode Island to support a flexible, part-time schedule. You'll collaborate closely with educational teams to ensure high-quality behavioral support for students while working remotely.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Current Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required) Previous experience with school-based supervision or consultation (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills for remote collaboration Proficiency with telehealth platforms and online case documentation
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver virtual supervision for school-based ABA programs, 2 hours weekly (8 hours per month) Guide and mentor on-site clinical staff, paraprofessionals, and RBTs Ensure compliance with state and district policies for ABA services Provide clear feedback, support intervention planning, and foster best practices Maintain accurate, timely supervisory records and progress reports as required Collaborate during scheduled hours and participate in team communications This contract opportunity extends from ASAP through ESY, ending August 6, 2026.
