9687526-02909 Job Description Make a meaningful difference working onsite as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with students who benefit from your expertise and compassion. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely with educational professionals, supporting students behavioral and developmental goals. Six positions are available, providing a collaborative environment where your RBT skills will have a direct impact in a school-based setting. Applicants must be available for in-person work and ready to participate in interviews scheduled for 10/6 at 11:30 or 10/7 at 11:30.

Qualifications:

Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to track student progress. Excellent interpersonal communication to work effectively with students, teachers, and other team members. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Collect accurate and timely data on student behaviors and progress. Support classroom instruction by reinforcing positive behavior strategies. Communicate regularly with educational staff and participating in team meetings. Maintain detailed and confidential records per school and district guidelines.
