As a fast growing ABA therapy company, we are searching for Behavior Technicians that are looking for an environment where they can make a difference. Responsibilities:
Implement individualized plans designed by the
BCBA/LBA.
Provide ABA therapy in a center-based setting or in an out of district school setting Collect lesson and behavioral data. Report to BCBA on client progress. Complete detailed notes in a timely manner. Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plan goals. Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors. Ensure safety and willing to implement crisis management procedures, as necessary. Any other tasks outlined by BCBA. Participate in monthly meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a high school degree and be at least 19 years of age. Hold current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (preferred). Successfully pass a BCI and CANTs screening. Knowledge and experience of applied behavior analysis (preferred). Have at least two years of experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behavior (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication. CPR and First Aid Certified (preferred). Must be willing to travel, hold a valid driver license, and access to an operational and insured vehicle. Will provide RBT training if not currently certified. Bi-Lingual capabilities a plus. $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
