Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students through virtual supervision as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position offers the flexibility and professional reward of guiding teams and shaping student progress from a remote setting.
Essential Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Current Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license (required) Experience providing BCBA supervision in educational environments preferred Skilled in offering guidance and oversight to registered behavior technicians and support staff Strong communicator, comfortable working virtually and collaborating remotely Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on ethical practice
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver virtual supervision for school-based behavior analytic services Provide supervision 2 hours per week (8 hours per month) Support, review, and coach behavior interventionists and education teams Uphold clinical and ethical standards aligned with professional codes and state requirements Document supervision activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Maintain consistent communication with district staff and program stakeholders Why Consider This Role?
