9712876-02886 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving students in a vibrant school community near Warwick, RI. This full-time position spans from October 2026 through the end of the school year, providing a structured and supportive environment to make meaningful progress with each student on your caseload. Youll work collaboratively with school staff, families, and other professionals to assess, plan, and implement behavior intervention strategies. Leverage your expertise to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on guidance for paraprofessionals and teaching teams.

What Were Looking For:

Active BCBA certification Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related discipline Successful completion of the BCBA board exam Current licensure in the state of Rhode Island Experience developing and carrying out behavior intervention plans in school settings strongly preferred Excellent communication and documentation skills

What Youll Do:

Carry a full-time caseload of students, supporting their behavioral and academic growth Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and write effective behavior intervention plans Train and coach school staff to ensure fidelity of plan implementation Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed in collaboration with educational teams Consult with parents and colleagues, providing training and support
