Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Take your passion for helping children thrive and make an immediate impact as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Warwick and Central Falls, Rhode Island region, including surrounding communities. This contract opportunity lets you work closely with students, implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and support their personal and academic growth in a school setting. Your expertise as an RBT will be valued and put to great use throughout the area.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with school-age children in educational or behavioral health environments Familiarity with behavior intervention strategies and data collection Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism Organizational skills to manage documentation and track student progress
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts Assist students in developing communication, social, and adaptive living skills Collect detailed data and track student progress as outlined in the IEP or intervention plan Participate in team meetings, collaborate on treatment goals, and provide input on progress Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality at all times Foster a supportive, positive, and inclusive environment for students What to
