The role involves assessing behavior, implementing intervention plans, and collaborating with clinicians and support staff to promote positive outcomes and improve quality of life. Compensation The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $27.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. In this role, you will: Provide direct support and coaching to individuals in residential or community settings. Train staff on behavior management techniques, intervention strategies, and individualized Positive Behavior Support plans. Provide direct support to adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities within their home and community as needed by the individual. Work closely with Clinical Behavioral Specialist to analyze behavioral patterns and create P-BSP to address maladaptive behaviors. Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation of behavioral data and treatment outcomes Participate in team meetings and contribute recommendations for individualized support plans.
