Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental and behavioral needs? If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can help others grow and thrive, we'd love to have you on our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ! At our organization, we provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in school, home, and community settings. Guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a key role in supporting skill development and behavior improvement for those we serve.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll be at the heart of our mission.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Providing direct ABA therapy using evidence-based strategies.
  • Collecting and recording accurate data to track client progress.
  • Supporting skill development in communication, social interaction, daily living, and behavior regulation.
  • Assisting with behavior reduction using approved intervention strategies.
  • Following clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate session documentation.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications We're seeking candidates who are dedicated, professional, and ready to make an impact. To join us, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Completion of a 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete upon hire).
  • The ability to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within 90 days of hire.
  • The ability to pass a background check and meet Medicaid requirements.
Skills That Set You Apart Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to follow structured plans and accept feedback. Patience, reliability, and professionalism. Basic data collection and technology skills.
Where You'll Work:
Environment & Supervision You'll deliver services in school, home, and community-based settings, working hands-on with clients to support their growth. This role requires active engagement, including sitting, standing, and assisting with client movement as needed. All services are provided under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ensuring you have the guidance and support you need. Why Join Us?
