Job Description

Jackson HealthPros seeks a School BCBA to provide ABA-based behavioral support to students in educational settings. In this role, you'll complete FBAs, design and oversee BIPs, train school staff, and collaborate with IEP teams to improve student outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students in school settings Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) aligned with IEP goals Provide direct and consultative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students and staff Train and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams on behavior strategies Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to guide clinical decisions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success Ensure documentation, compliance, and ethical practice per BACB and district standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress updates Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development Data collection and analysis School-based consultation and collaboration IEP participation and documentation Staff training and coaching Knowledge of IDEA and special education regulations Crisis prevention and behavior de-escalation Clinical report writing and case management
