Full Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job Summary:
Best Ever ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team of dedicated professionals committed to transforming the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized behavior therapy plans, mentoring and supervising BCaBAs and RBTs, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and challenge, and develop targeted interventions Mentor and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care and outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans Stay current with industry developments, research, and best practices to continuously improve services
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Minimum 0 years of experience in autism-specific services Ability to travel to clients' homes and other locations as needed Strong clinical and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment Commitment to delivering exceptional client care and outcomes
