$1,500 Sign-On Bonus | $90,000-$110,000+ per year A note from your
State Director:
I started as a behavior technician, so I know what great ABA looks like from the ground up. I'm personally building a team of BCBAs focused on the highest-quality therapy for as many children as possible. — Your State Director The role: Own a manageable caseload in Fort Mill with strong RBT support, minimal admin, flexible in-home/hybrid scheduling, and full clinical autonomy at Blossom ABA Therapy.
You get:
$90K-$110K+, $1,500 sign-on bonus, performance bonuses, health/dental/vision, PTO + paid holidays, CEU reimbursement, and a real path to Clinical Director. You'll need: Current BCBA certification in good standing, a valid South Carolina BCBA license, and residence in South Carolina or within 40 miles of the SC border. All clients are located in SC. What you'll do: Conduct FBAs and assessments, build and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs, deliver parent training, and keep documentation compliant with SC Medicaid and insurance requirements. — help children Blossom.
