We provide compassionate, collaborative ABA therapy to families throughout Greenville, Spartanburg, Easley, Travelers Rest, and the greater Upstate. We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technician's with a minimum 1 year of experience . thebuddycenter.com What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings Implement behavior plans Work primarily with children in their homes and community Collect accurate data and communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA Build strong, respectful relationships with families Support skill development, independence, and emotional regulation What We're Looking For Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • minimum 1 year Calm, patient, and compassionate approach — especially during challenging moments Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation for in-home services Willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback Pay & Benefits $20.00
  • 26.00 per hour , based on experience Premium pay
  • $1 more per hour for work performed after 6 p.
