About Us Illuminations Therapy provides naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy. Our mission is to use a neurodiversity-affirming lens to promote meaningful connections, encourage self-advocacy, and foster self-expression in our clients. Our unique approach integrates behavioral and developmental sciences, combining the science of learning with a deep understanding of child development. We are a small, values-driven company committed to meaningful client progress and high employee satisfaction. Why This Role is Unique Therapy sessions are conducted one-on-one within a structured, classroom-like setting, where autistic children learn, grow, and connect alongside their peers.
