Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral programming and staff consultation services for students across a range of functional levels. The BCBA will design structured, evidence-based projects and resources, and maintain consistent communication with program staff through scheduled virtual collaboration. Key Responsibilities Curriculum & Project Development Design and deliver monthly project sets tailored to both low and high functioning students, ensuring appropriate differentiation and skill-building across ability levels Develop a comprehensive mini-book of student projects for independent use outside of the classroom setting, providing students with accessible, meaningful activities they can implement with minimal support Staff Consultation & Collaboration Facilitate two virtual meetings per month with program staff to review active projects, discuss implementation progress, and address questions or concerns as they arise Schedule one meeting during on-site staff hours and one during off-site hours to maintain consistent access and support across varying staff schedules Reporting & Communications Produce a quarterly PowerPoint presentation summarizing program activities, student progress highlights, and upcoming initiatives Author a corresponding quarterly newsletter for distribution to staff, families, or stakeholders as directed

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
