We are seeking compassionate, reliable team members who enjoy working with children and making a meaningful impact in their daily lives. Position Overview Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the child's home, school and daycare environment. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Collect data and complete session documentation accurately Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness Teach and reinforce skills during natural routines within the home environment Travel to client homes to deliver services as scheduled Position Requirements Active RBT certification.
