Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments to drive individualized care Create clear, data-driven clinical reports to support ongoing service authorizations Train and supervise RBTs and BTs , ensuring treatment fidelity and quality Develop and update comprehensive ABA programs with evidence-based strategies Provide culturally sensitive parent training tailored to each family's needs Attend case review meetings and advocate effectively for your clients Maintain accurate documentation and billing compliance Collaborate with our clinical leadership on program evaluations and performance goals Utilize company-provided software and tools for efficient case managementWhat You Need:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required) Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism Passion for family-centered care and outcome-driven therapy Resident Living in South Carolina Successful background check clearance Why Choose Sunshine Advantage?
