We're looking for compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Whether you're working one-on-one with a child building new skills, collaborating with families, or teaming up with our BCBAs, OTs, and SLPs, your work truly matters .

What You'll Do:

Work directly with children and teens with autism and developmental differences. Implement evidence-based ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA. Turn therapy sessions into moments of growth, play, and joy. Collect data (don't worry—we'll train you to make it easy). Collaborate with a supportive, fun-loving team who actually listens .

Education, Experience and Other Requirements:

Required:

40 HOUR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)

Valid driver's license and transportation

Must be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check
