Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) /
Behavior Technician Locations :
York County, SC - Rock Hill Area. About the Role Sunshine Advantage is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians who want to help kids and make a difference. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with a child, helping them learn everyday skills like communicating, playing, and following routines. You'll always have support from a supervisor (BCBA), so you're never doing this alone. No experience? No problem. We'll train you and guide you every step of the way. What We're Looking For Required:
High School Diploma or GED Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to obtain the RBT Certification within 90 days of hire. (active certification with the BACB) Willing to complete the 40-hour RBT course within 30 days of hire. (from a BACB-approved training provider) Ability to pass a background check Obtain or possess updated CPR certification and maintain re-certification every two years Preferred (Not Required): Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
