This full-time contract position places you at the forefront of meaningful impact, working approximately 37.5 hours per week with a collaborative school-based team. You'll play a vital role for students who benefit from the positive influence of applied behavior analysis, helping them develop key coping skills and de-escalation strategies. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification Previous work in school settings strongly preferred Comfort and proficiency in applied ABA therapy, especially with hands-on techniques Experience developing and monitoring FBAs and BIPs Ability to communicate clearly with students, families, and multi-disciplinary teams Flexibility if interested in supplemental in-home ABA services (optional, not required)
