Job Description

Job description Sprout Therapy Group is looking for energetic, communicative Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work with neurodiverse children in their homes, schools, and community settings. This job will require an ability to play, an ability to multi-task, and lots of enthusiasm! We seek to create an elite team of open-minded professionals who are always ready to engage in collaborative learning and who are ready to support each other in this demanding field. ABA is an excellent skill set for students developing careers in education, special education, psychology, speech and language pathology, child development, or occupational therapy.
Job Tasks:
a. Teach social communication and daily living skills to a pediatric population b. Deliver curriculum / programming in accordance with ABA principles and strategies c. Take data using a real-time data collection platform d. Effectively communicate and collaborate with caregivers, teachers, teammates, and members of the community e. Be willing to work with clients who may engage in aggression, self-injurious behaviors, property destruction, elopement, or other maladaptive behaviors.
Requirements:
a. A high school diploma / GED b. A reliable method of transportation to clients' homes, schools, and other community locations / events in the Tri-County area c. Reliable cellular service d. Ability to pass a criminal background check

From $17.00 per hour

a. Flexible schedule Some Paid Holidays (company closed, but staff paid for normal hours) Some optional holidays (can work, but do not get paid for not working) Travel pay between clients Supervision hours for Level 3 RBTs in school to become BCBAs /

Flexible day shift Sessions run Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm and Saturday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm • At present, this is only an afternoon position Each session is 2-6 hours long
