Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into an impactful opportunity supporting students for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time, contract position offers you the chance to work closely with students, implementing evidence-based ABA strategies that build positive change and enhance daily lives. The role is based in a vibrant school setting and may include the potential for extended school year (ESY) work. In this position, you will focus on empowering students to develop effective coping skills and use de-escalation techniques, supporting their success both in the classroom and beyond. You'll collaborate with staff and families to perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and deliver hands-on ABA interventions tailored to individual needs. While not required, candidates who are comfortable providing occasional in-home services will find this flexibility an asset.
Ideal Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) A background working in school settings with children and adolescents Demonstrated experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques, both in group and one-on-one environments Skilled in conducting FBAs and designing BIPs to address a variety of behavioral needs Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Comfort with or openness to providing in-home ABA services, as needed
