Behavior Therapist:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavioral interventions Collect and report accurate data during sessions Collaborate with BCBAs to track learner progress and adjust therapy Ensure therapy is goal-focused and productive Participate in trainings and special projects to support clinic operations

Who We're Looking For:

High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in human services preferred Active RBT certification preferred Experience in ABA or related human services field preferred Passionate about working with kids and making a difference Organized, patient, reliable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
