Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Ashland City, TN. The BCBA will provide assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and support services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Analyze data and monitor client progress. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide parent and staff training as needed. Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Active Tennessee licensure (if required). Strong communication and organizational skills.
