- time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups. Compensation $50
- 60 per hour Part-time hours available Health & wellness stipend 401(k) retirement plan Position Details Full-time position Monday-Friday school schedule 7:00 AM
- 4:00 PM Onsite services only Support students across general and special education settings Collaborative school-based role What You'll Be Doing Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data Train and mentor Behavior Intervention staff Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed Travel between school sites as needed Student Population Elementary through high school Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Emotional Disturbance (ED) Other Health Impairments (OHI) Medically fragile students Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations Preferred Qualifications School-based experience Why Join The Stepping Stones Group?
