Developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans Analyzing client data and modifying programs to maximize progress Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Providing caregiver training and support Conducting functional behavior assessments and skills assessments Completing progress reports and treatment plan updates as required by funding sources Performing initial assessments for new clients Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care Supporting a positive clinic culture focused on clinical excellence and teamwork What Total Care ABA requires from you: Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
